Does anyone know how to keep Flexi from automatically activating the stroke feature on every new file?
I've had this problem in 7.5, 8, and now in 10.
Usually, Flexi will start of by having no stroke on an object unless you add one via the fill/stroke editor but eventually the default settings will change to have the stroke active. (Width .100 / Miter Limit 4.00)
It's easy enough to clear off but it slows things down when I have to remove the stroke in every new file I create.
I'm pretty sure it comes from saving a file where it's set to add a stroke to every new object and then for some reason it will have that setting saved whenever you open a new file.
If you open an old file where there are no strokes, you still have to turn it on manually but if you make a new file, there it is.
I've tried restoring the defaults but that doesn't change anything.
The only way I've found is to get rid of it is to uninstall and reinstall Flexi but that takes too much time. I'm sure there's a way to fix it but can't find where to do it.
Any info would help.
Thanks
