What Avery calendered vinyl would you use for some simple graphics on the side of a van (no curves or anything)?

Always cast on vehicles here. A rare exception would be if it's for some sort of temporary use.

Not sure about avery. I usually use 3M 40C. Never had a problem with it it 10 years. Easily lasts as long as cast.. But I only used it on flat surface like box trucks or trailers without rivets. For simple shapes you can use it. I have seen people using it around complex curves also without a problem. i wouldn't do that but you can trust it on flat vehicles for 3-5 yrs easy.

Just funnin ya. Cast for vehicles. I'm not an Avery fan. They cost me a ton of time and $$ years ago not standing behind their failures.
