Avery MPI 1005 with Roland SC540 ecosol ink going through

Hi,

I have a little problem printing with Avery mpi1005 the ink is going through the vinyl and leave rough spot on the printing side.

Not a avery fan myself but does look like over inking
It is posibly a special version of vw to run a SC so profile could be well off
