Hi Everyone,
We have been having a quality issue regarding our Avery 2920 Vinyl. We have been having alot of printed items peeling off of our substrates. We use denatured alcohol to clean our substrates with. We used to use laquer thinner, lightly applied to a clean rag to quickly wipe down the substrate...and it was peeling then so we decided to switch to alcohol. This is happening on styrene, sintra, and laminates. It has become a real issue in the past few months. We print on a Mimaki Jv3 and we let our stuff dry at least 12+ hours before overlamming it. Any suggestions? We have been using laquer and plastic cleaners for years without any real problems and fear it may be the vinyl...Thanks.
