awning recovering square footage $$$

i don't do awnings. no time. i just have an good awning guy for that.
my question is more related to how much people can charge per square foot for it. my "sample" is a seven footer by 24 ' long. (yes that is huge) but, what could i mark this up to? 40 a square sound reasonable for a recovering? we will be using sunbrella of course... i have dealt with mostly new ones, so...

for jobs like this, I usually add a percentage onto the quote I got, somewhere between 25%-40% depending on how much you want to make.

Id let HIM quote it first and then you add on top of that. NEVER >>>NEVER try and quote a job without getting it from your source first it will bite your a$$ everytime!

thanks for the input. from his (awning) input, he thinks i should charge 40-70% higher than he charges me. i don't. hence i get the job. however, this particular size has me itching for a higher profit because of the size of the job. this is no little "doors toop rainbow"
