I am looking for an easy to use software that I can use to present awning designs and installation methods to municipalties and customers. I was hoping for the easy way out with a program that offers ready made basic designs and areas to just plug in the dimensions. Any suggestions?

I wouludn't say it's an "easy way out" but it's nice software and will do what you want.
It houses fabric patterns , shapes and styles.
