Back Painting non-glare Panels

So I have recently taken over the painting department of our shop and need some advise on back painting panels. We are painting the entire panel first then putting them on the table to cut down.

I am using Matthews Paints, using the ready to spray Tie Bond primer. I am getting the paint to lay down great. After we cut out the sign there are what looks like tiny air bubble along the edges, I am assuming this is where the paint chipped off?

Any suggestions on how to avoid this? I have tried cutting first and masking off the edges, that works for 1 or 2 signs, but for a standard job that is a lot of masking, there has to be an easier way.

i'd go with bulldog for a clear primer. after conducting a huge controlled test with about eight clear primers, bulldog won. i don't remember what paint came in tops for adhesion, think it was a sherwin williams water based catalyzed epoxy paint. might be wrong on that one. on the table you might move to a dual cut, ticking in the second/final cut. also any bit that is pulling the paint toward the part is better. not sure if you are loading the table paint up or down.
