I have a Mimaki CJV 30-100 (2009)
My print head is about 5 years old, started giving me banding this week. I soak every night, and do 10min nozzle was every day first thing before I print anything. My capping station and wiper is 2 months new. Some test prints come out clean and then as soon as I print it makes banding? ive done multiple nozzle washes, light and strong etc.. whole thing. I flushed the pump with solvent, dont know what else to do? see images attached. Even though black also show misfiring nozzles on the test print, the black solid prints pretty much ok, but anything with pink or blue looks terrible.
