Bandingproblem on transparent foil

HI;
my VJ1604 dont print very well on transparent films, if we put it on light-cases or LED-panels.
you can see the "I2" - waves through the foil - especially at dark and black parts of the image!
We use ORACAL 3164G and the orign color-profile from ORACAL on FLEXI SIGN.

On opaque films without a backlight we have no problems at all.
is there a solution for backlight prints to avoid this banding? i have done a view tests with changing the profile (more color) but with no success.

first check it out to print without I2-Waeving. SIGN QUALITY AND 4PASS
2nd a monomeric Vinyl is always a critical Printing Media.....

For Backlit use.....Best Quality and Print with Double Density.
Mediafeed must be allignment for the Media.
Not use I2-Waeving so you see it any time by backlit(Transparent) applications.
