Banner Bags?

We used to get them from Fellers. custom banners blank to slide over a box with grommets along one side to tie it together. Fellers stopped this service and we are now in need of another provider.

We would give them the dimensions of the box and they would sew it together and ship it to us blank.

Any ideas who could do this??
