Banner Framing System suggestions

Looking for a quality banner framing system for creating a changeable "billboard" on the side of our building. The one I've found that seems the easiest to install / use is called the "Billboarder Framing System."

Does anyone have any experience with this system or others out there that I should look into, or better yet, stay away from?
