banner ink bleeding....please help!

I am having an issue with some ultraflex 10oz banner material on my roland vs540. I printed some banners, and even after a week of sitting around, the banners stick and the ink transfers if/when the banners are ink to ink. These are being sewn into canopies, so for shipping they need to be inside out...so theres my issue. Any ideas...settings....anything I should try tweaking? I use roland versaworks, standard light weight vinyl banner profile.

are there any issues with the imprint? blurry, lines being sharps.

first thought is ink saturation (too much ink being laid)
have you tried adjusting the temps?

are any other materials doing this?
are you printing on the correct side of the banner?

Print quality was good. Ink is full coverage, but no signs of pooling or looks of excessive ink. The banners rolled up on a core fine, went through my handling during cutting them out fine....felt dry, no smearing during that time.

Ultra calls it gloss, but I think it is a semi gloss at best. Reverse rolled and its pretty easy to tell front and back. Printer heat set at 104° I believe. I also have a fan blowing on it as it rolls up on ghe take up reel.

It's better to have two hands than one glove.
I had one roll of Ultraflex 10ox Matte from Fellers that had something wrong with the coating. The ink sort of sat on it in sort of a gummy semi-dry state and Clear Shield would pool on it like raindrops on a waxed car, you could not spread it properly. This roll also made a weird crackling sound when it unwound off of the feed roll. A sound like it was stuck together with a tacky wax.

I've used countless rolls of this media and this is the only one that ever gave me problems. I sent it back and received another that, like all the previous rolls, was just fine.
