Banner stand

Has anyone ever heard of a banner stand called "Scroll Space"?
Its not a scrolling banner stand - thats just the name.
I have done Google searches and looked at all the major producers/distributors of banner stands and no one has one even close to this thing.
I am assuming its Chinese that someone is rebranding.
Graphic size is 38.5 x 84.5

Any leads would help.

Trying to match for a client what another vendor provided and they are now gone.

disregard the length of the attachment pole - the previous vendor made graphic to incorrect template and cut the attachment bar to fit.
