Barricade Banners

Got a job to wrap up about 30 barricades with double sided with banner.
Can anyone give me some pointers as to what I can use to reinforce these edges with other than hemming? It's a 1 day event and I want to use double tape and I am also concerned about the round edges.

I'm guessing I should take a photo of the barricade and scale up a template with it and cut it out by hand? Anyone got any ideas that could help me from causing a disaster! :)

If its a one day event, who cares? Just do it so it looks nice the day of the event and forget about reinforcing them. The Double sided/banner tape will hold for a day for sure.

Maybe you could set up the banners like Barricade covers. maybe like Tent tarp over a frame?

Don't over think a 1 day display.
