Not sure but is it legal to make baseball banner for little league using actual MBL logo? I see these banner all the time at my son's baseball games.

It depends on what the LEAGUE has for MLB approval. Talk to the president of the league for clarification.

Its in a big subdivision and there's a bunch of different teams in the subdivision, that mean they have to call each and every MBL manager to get approval?
