Note the black padlocks instead of S hooks on the middle one.
Love the Beaver one. I would deduce they are Canadian of Irish & Scot heritage,
but what's the rose symbolize, the USA?

Good eye Bill, wonder if they all need to do this when mounting/hanging them:rolleyes:

Very nice work !!! I'm sure the customers were pleased.

Never seen that before....huh.

Its been my experience, those who would steal, and can't.....will destroy.
Must be a "if I can't have it, nobody will" philosophy.

Actually the padlocks are not all that unusual in seasonal areas where people have cottage signs they put out for the season.

Thank you

Thank you for all the great responses!

To answer a few of questions,

The Padlocks was the idea of the client, I will supply threaded ring hooks for our signs, a little adhesive on the thread, we have had one sign stolen, and then returned.
We use brushes to paint our signs and exterior latex and acrylic paint.
We use hand made wire brushes and chisels for the wood grain effect.
The Rose is for England UK.
