im trying to bend a long rectangle to give it a 65 degree turn, while maintaining its thickness. please see attached file. is there an easy way to do this. i know the hard way, i was just wondering if there is a simple way. i also want to keep the bend circular if that makes sense

Draw it as a single line with the 65 degree turn included. Set the outline to match the thickness of the rectangle you wanted to bend.
Convert the outline to object (Ctrl shift Q)
