Bent Plastic Counter Signs

Can anyone recommend a source for bent plastic counter signs? The sample I have is a 1-color screen print on .020" glossy plastic--possibly polystyrene.

I make my own... but we usually laser engrave rowmark then cut it out and bend it.
Pad or screen printing makes sense if you are doing a larger quantity.

Johnson Plastics sells a bender (essentially a heat strip in a metal box.. lotsa homemade plans online).

We produce a lot of these for banks on sintra and on polystyrene. We are not a merchant member, but would happy to quote them for you if you have trouble finding a mm to produce these.

We have a bender as well, but I don't want to bend a few thousand of these manually.
