Hi All,
I wanted to get an opinion from everyone on the best overall digital printer. It does not necessarily have to be the newest latest and greatest. Could be a few years old. Unless there was a huge jump in lets say image quality...
It would be used for Digital Prints on Banners, Stickers, vehicle wraps.
Here is my criteria:
Quality of Prints
Color Accuracy
Reliability (workhorse)
Speed
Affordability (Digital Plotter itself, inks refills, maintenance)
Operating System Compliance (Mac, or PC)
Plotter Speed / Accuracy
Ease of use.
Software (Does it plugin to illustrator or photoshop or would i have to buy a 3rd party to run it)
I am a newbie to the Digital Print world.... Any tricks you know would be helpful... to getting color accuracy with matching pantone colors, affordable ink sources...or anything else you might think of that could help.
