Best method to recapture a surecolor printhead?

Anyone have a process to getting their heads fired back up? I've been actively printing and both my black heads vanished. Not lost a few bars, I mean completely left the building.

I got 1 back about 75%, the other (2) is at about 10% via cleaning and running 100%k boxes to flush it out.

So, where do I go from here?

B1 is now invisible again, I believe my issue lies outside of the head and possibly in the ink supply?

Any help here tonight?
