Best place to buy head DX4?

I got a new head from us.digiprint $485 and its defective/not working. Should I buy second one from them again or try another seller?

Will be a month or so before warranty refund on this one.

Why is no one filing chargeback against DOA?

After 2 DOA's with digiprint with not refund... No more. They are scammers. We are going against them on judges soon.
