Best repeat customer ever

Got a call yesterday from someone who said he used us for embroidery before and wanted to repeat his order. I asked his name and looked up his artwork which was dated 12/23/2011. Hmm, so I look up his invoice and he had a single order for 3 jackets with just his name on them. I informed him it had only been 11 years since we did work for him and he said it didn't seem like that long ago.

Well, tomorrow he is dropping off his jackets for embroidery on his way to a weekly lunch with other US Military Veterans.

This is the type of job I really enjoy doing, no matter how small or how far between jobs it has been.

We get those from time to time, seems like mostly truckers. They stop driving because it's a pain in the ass and then come back to it when the money looks too tempting. They'll say, "you lettered my truck a few years ago and I want the same thing again". We pull the file up and it's 8 to 10 years old. Haha

Was it a satin jacket? LOL I had a few elderly men in asking for new coats but since I send my embroidery out I have to pass on qty of 3. I guess they must all think alike! And take good care of their jackets

I do this all the time. I love it. I am a small one person shop with 1 - 15 needle embroidery machine - 1 - 24" cutter & 1 - 30" print/cut (newest piece of equipment). Some of the customers are from years ago and some of he customers order the same 2 - 4 items per year.
