Best "sleep cleaning cycle" for JV33

Forty One

Make signs they said... It'll be fun they said...
I'm trying to sort out the best cleaning cycle for when my printer goes to sleep.
I leave it continuously running as my techie informs me that it's the best because the head detaches from the capping station when it goes into sleep mode.
this can result in the possibility of damage to the head as the head can dry out compared to having it always in contact with the capping station.
But, I would rather let the printer go into a sleep cycle rather than continue have it running.

Apparently there are two modes, a cleaning mode and the tube wash.
Tube wash would result in me continuously using a washing cart. This much I know.

What is your preferred setting and why?

DIY Printer Fixing Guide
Set the cleaning mode to 8 - 12 hours and the tube wash to 48 hours. This setup will basically clean the print head 2 - 3 times per day when you aren't using the machine and 1 - 2 times per day when you do use it. Then every 2 days it will flush a little solution through the pump to keep it from clogging. If you don't want to do the tube wash, you can but the pump might clog over time. It's not entirely necessary though. I've never heard of leaving the machine on to protect the head. That's what sleep mode is for!
