Best T-Shirt Material...

OK, I know it is a sign forum, but I know some of us get involved with printing some T-Shirts.
I am wondering for those that may have a shop that does T-Shirts as well, what material do you like?
We screen print here as well, I am talking about doing a full color shirt with a solvent printable material and applying with a heat press.
I have used a few different types, IMO none of them are great but if you don't have a DTG printer or set up for sublimation, this is the only alternative for a small run multi-color.

Just curious what you like?
The one I use the most is Chemica Easy Print 1702 (but it is pretty thick)
My issue is when you get thin material you can forget about detailed contour cut, when I get the thicker material that you can get very detailed, it weeds great but...it is so thick on the shirt.
So, sticking with solvent printable material...what have you liked using for detailed contour cut?

We use Eco-Print from Imprintables Warehouse. Haven't done any super detailed cuts, but for what we've done it works great. Mike Koval can get you set up.

I like Sihl T-Printz. Its thinner than other materials I've used in the past, and wears well. We also haven't had any problems weeding it.

Says its 3.5mil.. Seems pretty thick!

I have only used Eco-Print from Imprintables Warehouse, prints good and no drying time, however it does feel a little thick and heavy on the shirt.

I would like something with a softer hand as they call it, I will be following this post to see what others like.

I've used Stahls SuperTec Opaque...

It is soft and thin, Print is ok...I could not contour cut it very well.. it seemed like the blade drags instead of cuts, I thought that it feels like a plastiky sticker slapped onto the shirt, but thats probably how they all feel as I've only used that for print and cut..

For my Roland I used the Profile built into Versaworks for Heat Transfer

In my VW, they have several choices:

THT: Textile Heat Transfer
TTRH: Garment Heat Transfer
HTM2: Heat Transfer Material (ESM)
HTM: Opaque Heat Transfer Material (PCM)

My bad.. mine only has one it is the TTRH: Garment Heat transfer... the print quality was good on the stahls stuff could be different on others Im printing with an SJ Pro 2 V 745 Ex

Sihl T-Printz

I like Sihl T-Printz also for dark shirts and the one for light and white shirts. And it works with solvent and pigment inks.

Why less HEAT? I used the same setting for 3651g and did NOT change the heat, the EcoPrint material has a flat or matte finish and my prints did not POP, so I also tried Generic Banner and it worked better.

Had a problem with weeding.
In my head.. the more heat causes the vinyl to become "stretchy" and the blade seems to skip
