Best Tape To Stick Plastic Parts Back Onto My Old Car?

I have an old Toyota Celica (2003 GTS TRD) and it has some plastic parts that are coming loose. I would like to stick them back on with tape, and I am asking the good folk here what tape would be best to adhere the plastic to the painted body?

The main issue is the long plastic strip along the bottom between the two wheels and the back lower bumper pieces are also coming off in areas.

3M autobody VHB tape... Most auto parts stores carry it. It's perfect for the urethane parts you have.

Not sure what parts you are referring but automotive emblem glue held on individual plastic letters to the fender

Primer 94 can be used with this tape to make the bond even stronger.
