Best vinyl for decals?

We often get asked to make decals and have done so using Avery 1005 vehicle wrap and laminating it. I works but if you don't laminate then they are too stretchy. Is there a vinyl that can be used that makes good decals that will last that doesn't need to be laminated?

+1 this. 3164 is 4mil and quite inexpensive, much more-so by comparison to vehicle wrap vinyls.

We just did oval 3"x2" 7 versions with 300 each. Print on HP Latex L25500 315 ups 3M IJ35c no laminate - Right off the machine and put on Graphtec 7000 60" one by one.
