Best way to cut premask cut vinyl

I would like some recommendations to cut premasked vinyl. Right now, I just do a weed box around each decals and use this to cut with a ruler and knife. It work well but when you have over 200 units to do, it take a lot of time. Is there any way to do it faster?

A step up from ruler/knife would be something like a keencut

a step up from that would something like Royal Sovereign Electric Trimmer

I have a keencut. I cut faster with knife and ruler. Did not use it for 2-3 years now.

The royal sovereign electric trimmer is cool. I played a couples hours with it and did not like the inaccuracy. I have a fotoba digitrim, but it does not work for this application.

Flatbed cutter, I wish but I'm not there yet.

I also have a large paper trimer (old school ones). I did not use it for quite a while but it could be a solution.

I'll kiss cut, then perf cut to square.

Weed each decal.... Line then up / premask then all at once, flip it over and hand cut the extra premask using the paper as a guideline.

If you want to get fancy you could cut out reg marks on the outer 1" of your vinyl.... Weed it away, premask, load it as a print and cut after its pre-masked and it'll cut it to shape.

We did that for one job where we had 12,000 double sided street blades to do on reflective.. worked good. Doesn't work so good on bubble free material since the premask doesn't stick too well though.

I like the idea. In my case, it's just cut vinyl. I will give it a try.
