I swear, no one has maintained the signs in this place for what seems like decades. I mean, how long does it take for lichen to grow on a sign in a parking lot? And the landscaping crew must be laughing every week as they slowly eat away at the bottom of the post, just waiting for it to fall over. Sheesh!

I just removed some posts to give some signs a facelift and I needed to replace 3 of the 6 posts because of this very same reason. The one post was so bad, it looked like a pencil when we got it out.

Do them a favor and use some U channel. The landscapers won't like you for it though.
