Need Help Billboard tiling uneven

Every time I print tiles for billboards, every other tile is larger than the last. I know this is the issue as I've measured the white space between certain graphics in the design, and one measures larger than the other. It makes it impossible to line anything up, and causes a major delay in production. How do I fix this? I'm using Flexipro Basic to rip/print, and an HP 315 Latex printer.

Are you rotating every other panel and do you have vertical length compensation turned on?

I am rotating every other panel, but I'm unsure if I have vertical compensation turned on. I'll give that a try tomorrow, hopefully it's turned off and turning it on is the fix. Thank you!

Try turning OMAS off and printing all panels of the same job at the same time.
