You refer to this as a bitmap. Is it a bitmap or is it a vector?

If it's a vector, set it up so that everything other than the outside path is black. Next select all and then click Arrange Menu > Path Direction > Automatic.

This will cause the black inner shapes to become holes allowing the orange to show through. If the layer order is off, select just the orange layer and send it to the back by entering Shift + Page Down.

If it's a bitmap then you will need to combine it into one in an image editor such as Photoshop, flatten any layers and save in your preferred format such as TIF or JPG. You can then open this in Flexi for printing. Because it is not vectors it cannot be used as is for cutting vinyl.
