bitmap to chalk art

Hi.
Yes. I've been away..sorry.
Ive been trying this (bitmap to chalk art) in Photosop cs2 and Corelx3.
New grocery store client needs shelf item labels.
They want a chalkart "feel" to this.
Also ..any reccomendations for a chalkart font?
These will be printed labels..full colour. Also..can you recommend a "black" background value (percentage of black) for chalk art in general?

He might have something you can use or be able to
draw out what you need.
Can't think of the name of the company but someone here will know.
