Black lines in print - mostly the white area

I've changed the cap tops, cleaned, ect. I'm afraid its the print head. Thoughts ?

Static can cause some of these issues but this looks to be more... have you got a clue as to hot many shots are on the black head?

You might also power off and unplug, then pull the ribbon cables from the black head and reseat them to assure a good connection.

Heres a pic of the test print and what it does for registration marks (Its done this for quite sometime now) but its doing it in regular prints now. Does it for low quality print as well.

Also make sure to clean the chrome metal that surrounds the bottom of the print head. It is there to move static away from the electronics of the print head. If there is a lot of ink build up, it impedes that ability.
