Black outling?

Hi Guys,
I know I'm going to get hammered by asking this,but here gose!

I tried my hand on outlining a word this is one of the hardest thing for me to do! I hope I am using the right word outline to give you an idea of what I'm asking is lets say I pick a word -Help- in yellow and want a black ouline around it what would be the easyset way to do it?

I been doing it the idiot way like cut two sets of the same word in two colors weeding the outline and using the the inner color on the out line. This takes forever! I'm use flexi pro can anyone help me with this issue..

I'm so new to this but I'm trying ..
