Black Pvc Post Kits

Anyone know who sells Black PVC hanging arm kits?
All I can find is white.
Any help would be appreciated.

We've tried that in the past and it always scrapes off over time.
I think there is a "shrink wrap" system somewhere. Heat wrapping it onto the post.

Vinyl post kits come in white and off white....At least that is all we have been able to find.
