What Blade Pressure under Cut Controls for Roland VS540 VersaWorks are you using? Both for 3 mil and thicker 6 mil vinyl.

It varies, the thickness of the vinyl, the thickness of the adhesive, and wear on the blade. Just checked it is currently set at 95. I always do a test cut at the beginning of the job, then again mid way through if it is a large job.

from 100 to 145. Laminate or not, detailed design, new or old blade...
Pressure changes on mine about every job....on average orcal 3551 with 290 laminate is
135-145 depending on the age of the blade.
