Ok, I dont know if I have had a bad batch of blades or what, but I am eating through them. What type of blade (45 or 60) does everyone use to cut laminated 3651 with? What speeds, etc?

I use a 45 in my graphtec to cut thru with no problems. off the subject but you should try 3165gra in place of the 3651.

I cut this combo with a standard 45 degree blade on my graphtec fc-7000 as well. I slow the speed down to about 20, and downforce is around 24 - 25. I havn't noticed any problems with blades wearing out. BTW, what laminant are you using? I usually use Oracal 210 on the 3651.

I use a Mutoh Ultima Cutter and cuts tons of 3651 with 210 Laminate with a 45 degree blade set at 30 cm\sec on speed and 240-250 on pressure.
