No I wasn't up on the lift. I'm usually stuck in the studio running/feeding the printers. Unfortunately I don't get to do much installation.
We usually do 1" bleed on bottom / right.... And cut top and left true. Then you install to top left flush, and cut away bottom / right.... You can have 20" bleed that way and it wouldn't be a harder install.
We generally do 1" though, as our sales reps are the ones who measure and their measurements sucks.
