blocked heads

hey all,
i have had a couple of issues with my mimaki jfx-1631, in my yellow there about 3 heads that are blocked and its causing all sorts of issues!
i had the print technicians come in, they brang a new cleaning solution, they tried getting a microscope and it all failed. i have managed to get it back to printing some what quality with 8 passes uni directional but no fast print.

just wanting some ideas that i can try to fix this problem or atleast better the printing!

Have you tried the SEARCH function here and GOOGLE?
