Question BN 20 INSTALLATION PROBLEM

i passed the cleaning process and now when i insert the color inks an error shows up!
i think i'v chosen wrong ink configuration.

any way to get back and choose another ink configuration if i made a mistake?

You will have to call your authorized Roland dealer for assistance with your request and the problem. They're the ones that would have information on how to fix the issue. Please call them ASAP to explain this problem and have them help you.

Unfortunately the Roland Support in my area which is in Dubai is not Helping me,is there any way to report them to the main Roland company?
