Boat vinyl to repel mussels

This may sound crazy because I have searched and not found anything but someone told me that they found a vinyl product to put on the bottoms of boats that helps keep invasive mussels from sticking to the boat. She swears she found something but can't find it again. Has anyone heard of such a thing?

Look up 'SLIPS Technology'. It's not a vinyl we use for making signs. Our stuff is still too porous.

Lookup antifouling film. Never used it I just know it’s available sorry I can’t be more helpful.
