Bombsight FC8000 (VE Q24)

Hey everyone, I have a Vinyl Express which is a rebranded FC8000 and am trying to figure out which software I can use (preferably not Flexi as it's super expensive) to do bombsight registration? I design in Illustrator, so I don't need a design software, just something that lets me do contour print and cutting with bombsight registration marks.

I have a Mac and also a PC.

I assume that you've tried this but on the off chance you haven't, have you set the registration marks to 4 manual marks?
