Clovis almost always has parts for all kinds of cranes. I cannot guarantee he has what you need but he has saved my bacon a few times over the years. Call Monday and check... Clovis 203-238-1068.

i've had good luck with these guys but haven't had to call them for a Garland

Clovis as mentioned is always one of my first calls.

i highly doubt runnion would have what you need but there are some really knowledgeable people there.

as Craig said if i am having a really hard time finding a part ebay.

if you are still stuck let me know and i have a few mechanics that only work on lifts, booms and cranes.
