Dave Ghrol is dreamy and talented. But I will say, they did this "travel around the country documentary album" and I watched part of it, and as I was watching it, and him speaking... I felt a little embarrassed, because he just well, sounded like a dumb ass. It made me sad. But I still like his songs (that he made before that embarrassing thing)

After looking and listening to 20 something pages of videos I would argue to say that signpeople are the best listeners by far.
It seems we love to watch and listen.

barf, but then listen... fine line between original need to wright a song, and what is popular and will sell records. Some artists write for the popular norm. Then some artists just write what they write. It weighs on... are you writing this song because your paid to wright a song for an album, or , are you writing this song because you need to write it. Because that is what you feel.

wait............... this isn't a musician forum. so I will shut up now. about that.

So your a bass player...... It sound to me that you are a plucker not a picker!
Thanks for noticing... I started out with my fingers. But then, my second band (Clabberhag) we played so fast I couldn't play that fast so I switched to playing with a pick.
