brainstorming a conference/ podium sign....

Hello everyone,
i am seeking some new design/build ideas for a conference sign that hangs on the wall. The artwork consists of a "Shield" logo, a "City Crest".
The customer wants it to be in some form of "dimentional style." the size might be 24"x36" total.
Rather than a flat printed digital sign, he doesn't want it to look "fred flinstone"
colors are optional. i might do two colors, black and gold.

what on earth is like Fred Flintstone mean? made of rock? HDU or routed PVC or PVC routed and layered

+1 for routed Sintra (PVC)

fred flinstone = chiseled = layered sintra or carved HDU. ...the former being more durable.
