briteline 203

decided to give briteline203 a try, im gonna be doing a bunch of temp. signage.
here's the problem.. my blacks are coming out kind of washed out,
what profile are others using for this vinyl? i have a vp540
got a print profile from grimco but its for a sp540 not a vp, could this be making my blacks come out faded?
i printed a sample using 3m blacks came out good, so is not the printer.

I don't think you can use SP profile for a VP printer. SP has two printheads, the VP has 4, so i don't think it is possible to use SP profile, two different printers.

I use the 203 and 201, I use generic vinyl profile that versaworks comes with, Use standard quality and turn your printer heat up to 112 and dryer to 104. Should print good.
