A customer brought in a broken double retractable banner stand and I have no idea of the brand or where to buy replacement parts. I have attached a picture of the banner stand and pictures of the broken part. Anybody recognize this or know where I might find replacement parts?

The only supplier I'm aware of that has that kind of replacement part is BannerUp and that doesn't look like one of theirs. I agree, with Brian, sell them a new stand.

by the time you've sourced new parts, installed them etc, its just not worth it! you can by singled sided and double sided banners stands for around $40 at the moment so.....
