Need Help Brother hp designjet 8000 s

Hi all i recently bought a hp designjet 8000s to use alongside my vinyl cutter, i was running vinyl master so i upgraded to pro, however the print driver is misbehaving and their tech support is difficult to say the least, can you recommend some software that i can use to enable me to print that will work easily and relatively cheap

I have the good software that you need for your printer and plotter machines.
- what is the brand and model of your printer?
- what is the brand and model of your plotter?
- what is your Windows version?
