Til a medic got there, there had to have been some blood coming out of such an area. That little bit trickling down his leg vs, what should be on the end coming out on the javelin...... seems some kinda foul play must've been involved.

None-the-less, it still looks as if it hurt going in, but coming out, I'm sure he'll have some mighty potent pain killers in 'em.
