Buffalo Bills Wild West Font ID Help

I'm looking for the font used in this photo ( Buffalo Bills Wild West ) I believe the letter B is different than the rest, so I need both fonts. I have spent hours looking for it so any help would be appreciated.

That is hand lettered. The L's are different, as are other duplicated letters.
