Bulbs and Ballast Prices Please Help

What's a good start point for marking up bulbs and ballast for a national company or any for that matter.
We will be getting a hourly price for install.

One thing that happens with a few companies is they will just ship new to me to restock, and I dont charge parts (except lamps, I refuse to get lamps shipped)
